How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Photo2Reel
- Go to Settings (or Profile)
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
- Re-authenticate with your password or Google account if prompted
Option 2 — By email
Email info@solopreneurshub.com from the address linked to your account.
Subject: "Photo2Reel Account Deletion Request"
We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.
Data deleted
- Firebase authentication account (email/Google sign-in)
- User profile (name, email, photo URL)
- Cloud-saved projects and project metadata
- Subscription/Pro status linked to your account
Data that may be retained temporarily
- Crash logs and analytics events (Firebase) — up to 90 days, then automatically purged
- Purchase records required for tax/refund compliance — up to 7 years (Google Play billing records)
Data not deleted by account deletion
- Content saved only on your device (local drafts, exported videos in your gallery) — you control these on your phone
- Guest-mode usage (no account was created)
