3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 13 years or older to create an account
• One account per person; creating duplicate accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit listings, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Grant SolopreneursHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content on the Service
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit
• Agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Agree not to submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or incentivized reviews (unless clearly disclosed) are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

5. Listing Submissions

Submitted listings are subject to editorial review. SolopreneursHub reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication. We prioritize quality and relevance to our audience.

Listing owners who claim their listing agree to keep information accurate and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of a product's capabilities is grounds for removal.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Submit spam, malware links, or phishing content
• Impersonate another person, brand, or organization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Manipulate ratings or reviews

7. Intellectual Property

The SolopreneursHub name, logo, design, and original editorial content are the property of SolopreneursHub and may not be reproduced without permission. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners.

8. Affiliate Links & Sponsorships

SolopreneursHub may use affiliate links in listings. Clicking these links may result in us earning a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored listings are clearly marked. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial reviews or listing placement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings and reviews. We are not responsible for your decisions based on information found on SolopreneursHub.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolopreneursHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SolopreneursHub in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect for registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
